Starts with a push of a button

Battery One battery system

• Battery One is a standardized and user-friendly battery system that focuses on the CO₂-free and sustainable use of construction equipment.
• Battery One batteries and battery chargers can not only be used in all battery-powered electric equipment by Wacker Neuson, but also in the construction equipment of other manufacturers. The idea: A battery standard simplifies construction site operations enormously, as only one battery and one charging system need to be considered in construction site logistics.

COMFORT

Center pole

• The center pole is easily adjustable in height and can thus be adjusted very quickly to the size of the respective operator.
• The sturdy, self-engaging center pole lock offers a very fast and reliable safeguard for transport. This saves time.

Intuitive guide bar with continuously adjustable speed.

• A change of direction is possible with a high degree of comfort just by moving the handle. This way, the operator can keep working with both hands, without pressing additional buttons or cranking of handles.
• The speed is infinitely adjustable.

Low HAV (< 2.5 m/s²)

• The low hand-arm vibration values (< 2.5 m/s²) enable comfortable work.

Paving pad device easy to mount

• The paving pad device can be mounted quickly and easily, as it is simply just hooked in front onto the base plate and tightened with nuts.
• The paving pad device protects the paving stones from damage when vibrating.

• The vibratory plate has durable integrated transport wheels. This makes moving the machine on the job site easier. This saves time during the construction process.

Optimally shaped, fold-down lifting eye

• The lifting eye is shaped to make it suitable for various straps. The curvature of the eyelet ensures the optimal position of straps and chains.
• The lifting eye can be folded down. This enable the vibratory plate to attain compact dimensions and can be easily guided under low obstructions.

Removable battery

• The battery can be easily removed without tools and used in another machine. This makes it quick and easy to use a single battery for serveral machines on the construction site.

• The vibratory plate is made of heavy-duty, wear resistant materials. Due to this, it achieves a long service life. For example, the base plate is made of nodular cast iron (GJS700).
