Clear 3.5-inch digital display

  • The most important functions are always kept in view: With the digital display, the operator maintains a clear overview of the machine. In addition to standard displays such as temperature, tank level or operating hours, active functions, such as active electrical functions, the continuous operation of the 3rd control circuit or the activated differential lock are displayed.

COMFORT

Maximum traction thanks to articulated pendulum joint

  • Because of the articulated pendulum joint with 12° oscillating angle, all four wheels retain excellent traction, even on uneven ground conditions and the operator maintains optimal control. This increases the productivity of the entire machine system.
  • The large articulation and pendulum angle ensures high traction on the ground, making the machine easy to maneuver. As a result, there is no collision between the front and rear sections of the machine in confined conditions.
  • And because the front and rear carriages can oscillate independently of each other, the operator can sensitively react to any unevenness. This increases operator comfort and enables fatigue-free work over longer periods.

 

Efficient change of attachments

  • Thanks to the hydraulic quickhitch system, attachments can be readily exchanged. In this way, your machine is immediately ready for use again. This increases productivity and profitability.
  • The hydraulic quick-change system for attachments is standard on all Wacker Neuson wheel loaders.
  • The good view of the coupling points makes changing attachments very easy. Also, changing over is particularly safe with 2-hand operation when decoupling.

  • In all Wacker Neuson wheel loaders, there is a consistent operating concept with clearly structured and ergonomically arranged switches and keypads. All Wacker Neuson wheel loaders can be operated in a very similar or even identical way. This gives the operator the advantage of quickly finding his way around on different Wacker Neuson wheel loaders and being able to work productively.
  • The Wacker Neuson operating philosophy allows the operator to easily understand the machine, which enables him to work safely and productively. The operator can be found operating different Wacker Neuson machines, even across product groups. This is demonstrated, for example, in recurring elements such as the jog dial, joystick, display, switch assignments, etc.

 

Ergonomic Joystick

  • The joystick fits securely and comfortably in one hand. The control is direct and sensitive at the same time. The operator therefore always has complete control over the machine and its most important functions.
  • In addition to standard functions such as direction selection and speed setting, many other functions such as the differential lock, the 3rd and 4th control circuits, high-flow, and all electric functions can be operated via the joystick. This results in convenient one-handed operation of attachments, and the operator always has the most important functions under control. This increases efficiency and ensures fatigue-free work, even over longer periods.

 

Ergonomic cockpit

  • Plenty of legroom, clearly arranged controls, comfortable operator’s seat, and optimal view of the attachment. A work area that motivates the operator and fully supports them.
  • The coordinated equipment increases comfort and allows the operator to work optimally with the machine for longer periods of time.

 

Comfortable and ergonomic operator's seat

  • The operator’s seat is adjustable, ergonomically formed and well suspended. The joystick console including armrest forms a unit with the operator’s seat and is cushioned against vibrations. The optional air-suspension comfort seat provides even more pleasant conditions. A heated seat is available for cold temperatures. This increases comfort for the operator allowing them to work with the machine for longer without fatigue.
  • Depending on the model, different seats are available to match the size of the machine. The various seat adjustment options allow individual settings for the operator and thus provide optimum comfort.

 

Vibration-damped workstation

  • Vibration is absorbed by the machine through appropriate dampers. The operator's body is very well protected, allowing work for longer periods with the machine in a relaxed and fatigue-free manner.
  • The operator's concentration is less affected by vibrations and jolts, allowing for longer, efficient work.

 

Lifting arm damping

  • The lifting arm damping can be activated electrically and enables optimum handling of the machine on rough terrain and on the road. It is particularly recommended when the machine has to move a heavy load in the bucket or a heavy attachment over a long distance at high speed. In this case, the lifting arm damping provides more safety and comfort for the operator.
  • Lifting arm damping prevents the machine from rocking at high travel speeds. This increases safety for the operator and protects the vehicle components by absorbing shocks.

 

Hand inching (low-speed control)

  • With the manual inching (low-speed drive system), very slow travel speeds can be achieved at constant engine speed. This offers an advantage when using attachments that are operated at constantly high rpm but at a very low travel speed at the same time. When using a sweeper, for example, the foot pedal does not have to be permanently depressed, which in turn reduces wear.
  • The hand inching (low-speed drive system) enables comfortable and fatigue-free work with the same attachment even over a longer period of time.

 

Manual throttle

  • The hand throttle allows manual regulation of a constant engine speed for optimum operation of an attachment. The setting is done conveniently and precisely via a corresponding control lever.

100 % connectible differential lock

  • The connectible 100% differential lock provides maximum traction and thrusting power when needed. It also keeps tire wear low. This increases the efficiency of the machine.
  • During normal operation the differential lock is deactivated, this provides safety, low wear and, as a result, saves in operating costs.

 

High hydraulic performance

  • A Wacker Neuson wheel loader always has enough hydraulic output and is thus suited for the operation of many different attachments, which in turn makes a great variety of applications areas possible.

Machine parameters adjustable via Jog Dial

  • The Jog Dial control element enables various machine parameters and functions to be operated and read out via the display: This includes setting the loading oscillation damping, reading out the operating hours and machine information or keeping track of service intervals. The jog dial is positioned within easy reach of the operator's work area.
  • If necessary, the flow rate of the hydraulic oil can be manually set using the jog dial control element. This is advantageous if the machine drives a hydraulic attachment, which does not require the full hydraulic performance of the machine. The operator can work with the machine and attachment very sensitively and in a resource-conserving way.
  • In the event of a servicing requirement, the Jog Dial can quickly provide the important error messages and required machine information. This speeds up diagnosis and reduces machine downtime.

 

VARIETY

Large lifting height

  • The load arm is designed especially long, which makes large lift heights possible. This way, e.g. filling containers with a fixed height or getting over the high sides of a truck is also possible with comparably compact machines.
  • The range of the machine is increased, loading a truck in 2. Series is possible. This increases the range of applications for the machine.

 

Optimum tires

  • The right tires for a wheel loader play an important role in actual use. If the tires are optimally matched to the ground and the area of application, the driver can work with the machine without any problems.
  • Choosing the right tires provides maximum traction as well as minimal wear, which saves money because tires don't need to be changed frequently.
  • To achieve optimal performance on any subbase, seven treads are available for selection depending on model: EM tread, AS tread, SureTrax tread, RP tread, MPT tread, multi-use tread and Bibload tread. This ensures the maximum flexibility of the machine ex work.

  • The cab can be tilted to the side. This allows easy access to the engine, hydraulic system, and electronics. This considerably simplifies checking and maintaining the machine. This in turn results in reduced machine downtimes and thus lower operating costs.

Easily accessible machine components.

Fully depressed inch-brake pedal: the wheel loader stands still, full power to the work hydraulics.
  • The advantages of the inch-brake pedal are obvious: less wear on the operating brake and optimum power distribution of the engine output.

 

Rear hydraulic connections

  • The machine can be equipped with rear hydraulic connections (single or double-acting). This increases the machine's range of applications because rear hydraulic attachments or tipper trailers can also be operated.
  • The various rear hydraulic options expand the machine's range of applications and offer more flexibility in use. One machine can be used multifunctionally for different activities, no additional vehicles or machines are needed.
